The Nokia X20 packs a decent body design that features polycarbonate material. The rear panel has a ring shape camera module with an LED flash and Nokia branded logo. It measures 168.9 x 79.7 x 9.1 mm in dimensions and weighs 220 grams.

On the front, the phone comes with a punch-hole display size of the 6.67-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+), 20:9 aspect ratio, 450 nits peak brightness, and a glass display protection.

On the camera, the Nokia X20 has a 64 MP quad camera with ZEISS Optics and AI assist that allow you to shoot cinematic quality footage of grand landscapes, phenomenal close-ups, and vibrant portraits. The cameras also have other tools for color grading and mode settings to make you shoot like a pro.

Other sensors include a 5MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The 32 MP on the front will take a quality front camera. The main camera features Zeiss optics, LED flash, HDR, panorama, and 4K videos.

On the hardware, the smartphone comes with a Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 5G chipset that is based on an 8nm process node. It has an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 2×2.0 GHz with an Adreno 619 graphic card. The internal storage is 128GB while the RAM is 6GB and 8GB RAM and you can expand the inbuilt memory using a micro SDcard. The phone has Android 11 OS with security updates every month for up to 3 years.

It has support for 5G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and NFC. The sensors available on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass, proximity sensor, and gyroscope.

There is a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, a dedicated Google Assistant key, and a fingerprint scanner on the side for security.
